WELCOME TO CHICKEN IN A BARREL
Surfing an ocean wave isn’t the only way to enjoy a barrel. We use custom made drum Barrels to cook all the featured meats. This one-of-a-kind cooking style is referred to as “Smoked Barbecue”. Brought from the foothills of California this new spin on BBQ is the newest phenomenal grilling wonder located in beautiful downtown Wahiawa. Come experience the Hook-Em and Hang-Em smoking process on Beef, Chicken, and Pork. You can taste their labor of love. They create their own signature rubs and seasonings. Chicken in A Barrel offers one of a kind what they refer to as Mexi-Que. They make burritos and tacos out of the BBQ meat.
